Praise And Worship
Important:
It is necessary to prepare the field before the seed is sown. The role of the praise and worship leader is to prepare the hearts of the people to receive the seed i.e. the word of God. It is the role of the preacher to sow the seed. If the praise and worship leader addresses the people for more than 1 minute at a stretch then he is performing the role of the preacher and making the people bored instead of animating them. Avoid too much talking with the people and focus on reciting scriptures and addressing God directly. (Jer 23:29, Ps 119:105, Rom 10:17, Heb 4:12, 11:6, Jn 6:63)
Instructions: Begin every section by reading one scripture loudly. Explain the scripture and encourage the people to put it into practice. Finish explanation within a minutes time. Praise and worship is designed for one hour.
Greet the people; ask them to exchange smiles, greetings and handshakes with their neighbors. Share a short testimony.
